Barry Ministry Area is a single parish, legally called the Rectorial Benefice of Barry. The whole MA is governed by the Ministry Area Council (MAC), which is the parochial church council (PCC) of the parish. It is run according to the Constitution of the Church in Wales (especially Chapter IV C and its regulations). The MAC is a registered charity (number 1134392) and the below members are its trustees. They are responsible for the management of the charity, the strategic direction of the parish, and the maintenance of the four churches.
